Our story.
PaparottiS Pizza Pasta is a family-owned Italian restaurant serving the Central Coast. We hand-roll our pasta in the morning, fire our pizzas in a stone oven, and pour the kind of tabletop wines that make a Tuesday lunch feel like a Saturday night.
If you're new in town, come hungry. If you're a regular, your booth is open.
